We are at this gorgeous spot now.

The only people we have seen are a few locals who drive here to walk the dog. A wonderful place to go with self contained campervan. Not a lot of space. Maybe 2 campervans. But what a view!

Awesome location, fits 3 larger campervans, could fit up to 5 small vans though.

Gorgeous sunset. Zero facilities so freedom camping only.

Perfect place, it's the dead end of the road, full view of the ocean.

Only place for 3 -5 campervan. Easy access to the beach.

Perfect if the weathers good beautiful sunset. No amenities so come prepared. And dont forget your insect repellent. Only enough room for 3 or 4 campers if you park tight enough

    Right in the beach.

Sleep to the sound or the roaring waves. Super friendly pub just up the road that serves delicious meals. My fav camping spot so far.

Most amazing place right on the beach.

Only us and another camper there. No toilets or facilities but was great with a self contained van.

    What a spot!

We were alone for 2 nights in a row, all the tourist stopped on the other few places around. If you stay here you have to go to the ‚all nations‘ pub just right up the street. Lovely place with good food and great beer, felt just like locals and were treated as such. Awesome place!

    Stunning views.

We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It’s only a small area and will only fit 3 campervans maximum. Don’t block the path to the left as farmers use this to access the beach on quad bikes. Self contained vehicles only as there are no facilities.

and you will be treated to a superb spot right at the beachfront. Use that self contained campervan what it's made for! We've enjoyed this spot all by our selves while all other campspots were fully booked or cramped with campers. Oh and there is a lovely pub only a 1km walk back in town where you can enjoy a drink or nice pub-meal.

This is definitely the best spot we have been two in our trip for now.

Close to Punakaiki so we could watch the sunset both here and there. We were alone (the spot is only on Rankers - confirming it’s the very best app).

    Good spot.....great view.

Room for only 3 or 4 motorhomes. Quiet and safe. The area is small, one thing, do not block access to the beach farmers are using this all the time.
