What a joke!

Tonight I pushed my trolley to the shop and go counter because I had seen a few people that went there right. The supervisor or whatever lady that was at the customer service desk walked passed me and said “hey you have to go to the normal counters because this is for shop and go only and customers will be very angry” so I thought ok weird but as soon as I walked over to the normal counter. There was a couple behind me with the same amount of shopping as me but was all squuezed in to a small trolley. Next minute I saw the same rude lady , walked over to them and asked them to go over to shop and go counter. How rude! I will never shop here again. Everyone is snobby and rude. Disgusting customer service. Rather go to countdown anyway
