Bought a tin of baby formula for a grandson yesterday wrong one so went to exchange today.

Store policy is no exchange, whilst I understand stores have policies I personally found this a bit over the top as an item like this could be exchanged. And must say the attendant who I spoke to was not overly friendly people skills lacking. I’ve been coming to this store for years and have always hound the staff very friendly have noticed though a lot of old staff not there anymore just staff going through the motions without any customer skills
