Check your dockets when shopping at NW Waipukurau and also check any fruit you buy which is packaged.
I have had two incidents over the past week. First, I bought some raspberries on 24th for Christmas Day. When I opened them, half were mouldy. My advice is to check them before you buy. I sent a photo to the manager and a copy of my receipt and did not get a response, so I am out of pocket by over $6.
Yesterday I shopped again, and I bought 5 x 2ltr ice-cream which was on special. When the lady put the 5th one through it came up over $7 and the special was $4.50. She mentioned it to me, and I decided not to take the dearer one. She said there must have been a limit which I had no problem with.
I asked if she would like me to put it back in the freezer which I did. When I got home, I checked the docket and realised she had not given me a credit for the one I did not take.
I had to travel back to NW at my cost to get my refund. It probably cost me the $7.50 travelling costs.
I am at a loss to know why she did not take the 5th ice-cream off straight away.
I mentioned this to a friend, and she says she always checks her docket in the car before she leaves. That us sound advice.
