We stayed here a couple of weeks ago for one night.

Clean showers and toilets in the club. Cost is $20 per night, including a round of golf. EFTPOS or cash, just follow the instructions, complete the slip, of which one part goes on the dashboard. We parked right next to the Clubhousr as it was raining off. Golfers came and went but we were not disturbed. Some traffic noise but that eases off after dark.

$10 to stay here per night.

Change rooms are left open so you can have a hot shower and use the flush toilets. Very clean. Washrooms are off of the centre walkway of the clubhouse. Sign in and payment process also there. Also a water bottle refill right by the parking lot. Would definitely recommend.

    Fantastic spot.

Excellent, not too be missed for an overnight stop. Park up next to the golf course, have a walk. So nice. Still $10 per vehicle, includes 24hr access to toilet and hot showers. Nice local golfers to chat to. Only one other caravan here tonight so far. Bit of road noise but really not bad. Who's complaining?! Don't forget to pay your $10.

This is wrongly labelled as free camping for vehicles.

The site is in the main car park (tarmac), the only areas to avoid are the labelled bays for the Golf Club members and Staff.

The site operates an honesty system where a fee of $10 gives use of the hot showers and toilets, which are open all night, as well as a round of golf.

Located just off Highway 2 there is some distant traffic noise. There is also a train line but the only train we heard was at 8 am.

We were the only vehicle staying overnight, there were a few friendly staff and golfers around when we arrived in the afternoon and a local walking on the course in the evening.

A great place to stay, highly recommended.

Don't forget to be honest and pay the $10 - tge vlub is struggling financially and ever little helps.

This is a great little stop off if you run out of light on the way to Wellington.

Due to the clock change we decided to check it out and we were glad we did. It was Easter Sunday and the whole weekend all the freedom spots were full up, but it was just us here.

There is a gate which was unlocked when we arrived (sunset). No-one was in the car park so we just pulled up in the corner. A couple of vehicles came in for the club (which was shut) and popped in for a bit. A couple of vehicles arrived about 8:30 but it was the Easter Monday. Out of respect we left shortly after. This is private land so use it with courtesy and make sure you leave it as it is found as they could easily lock that gate at night, and no doubt they would if it was abused.

No toilets, but a drinking fountain. Great little spot for a safe roadside pullover for self-contained sleeping
