My child was so looking forward to this camp with his Year 7 peers.

Despite the website describing all the fun, exciting activities and great meals, the reality was the exact opposite. For example, archery consisted of each child shooting only 3 arrows, children was forced to do activities they did not wish to participate in and children arrived home starving. Breakfast included pre-made soggy cereal with milk already added, tiny portions of food and children were yelled at by the charge person.

Thank you Lakewood Lodge for making what could have been a good experience into a living nightmare. This camp was not at all what the website has described and was very expensive. For any future schools or groups thinking about going there, please think again. Highly NOT recommended.
