GROSS!!

The toilets were disgusting. My family stopped enroute from Rotorua to Havelock North for gas and to use the toilets so were in 3 different cubicles and all 3 were disgusting, pee all over the floor in one, and poo and paper in places they shouldnt be! I understand that its the patrons who leave the mess but the staff HAVE to be prepared to keep it clean, but you could see the toilet brushes hadnt ever been cleaned with dirty toilet paper and faeces in and all over the brush bristles. This shows the staff are NOT caring about the hygiene and acceptable cleaning. We mentioned to the staff the toilets were not clean, who looked 'annoyed' and not apologetic at all.
