Had a meal 2Adults&3kids there and very poor meals and very messy untidy will not be going back for there meals waste money and time

1oclock approx, 26th Oct,very short staffed, young trainee lady on coffee/counter, very stressed, no support, she was doing a very good job of holding it together.
I would like to know where was the upper management to support the staff that was on, every staff that was rung would not come in, comments from other customers was that the standard had dropped at this station and I have found this also when we have stopped here.Would we come back, will try one more time other wise that’s it for us.
