**BEWARE!
On 23/01/24 in the Deluxe Pools, our relaxing evening was ruined by a pervert in the Priest Pool, taking photos of random women when they weren't looking! This old creep had his screen facing us as he took photos of two young, early 20 year old girls, and then quickly got off his camera app once he realized we saw him doing it.
My boyfriend first reported it to a blonde staff member, and she told him it was the other STAFF MEMBER'S COUSIN (we learned this pervert is a local who presumably visit often!!!), and that she would tell the coworker and have her delete the photos 'if' there were any. She then proceeded to explain that this spa has had guests in the past take photos of strangers before and post them online. If you've had this problem before, then why are you still allowing people to bring their phones into these areas??! Poor decision from management.
Then, as my bf was heading towards the lobby, the staff member related to this creep tried to gaslight my boyfriend about what he saw, saying 'if' he took photos, it would be of his family. 'If'?! We SAW him do this & my boyfriend had to correct her multiple times, explaining these people did not fit the description of his family. The staff member then tried to insist there was no one matching the description of the women who were photographed, until her coworker eventually remembered them. This staff member was clearly trying to cover for her pervert relative.
Again, we were told THIS CREEP IS A LOCAL and despite this being a recurring issue, the staff and management clearly aren't seriously interested in stopping it.

Really enjoyed this in Rotorua - very good location, good views and impressive facilities.
I think the price could come down a touch.

Traditional spa, very simple and convivial.
Worth its price.

Relaxing pools set beside the lake heated to different temperatures with geothermal activity.
Very relaxing atmosphere but a little overpriced.

Good opportunity to relax and public baths.
Not crowded - easy to find your own space. Lots of pools to try.

Hot water pool.
Heated from 39 to 42 degrees. Very great to relax in after a walking day.

If you have time, the best place to relax but because the water is so hot one hour is enough.

Everything was nice and fine but there was too many seagulls near the pools.
Some of the pools were so close to the screaming seagulls that you could not use those pools.

Nice, but you do not miss anything if you do not go - it is only hot pools.
Nothing extraordinary.

Disappointing, this was a Christmas present from our children.
Quite expensive for what you get - pools and massage and only had a very short time in the pools because of the time of the massage.

Great place to unwind, opt for a massage or just a soak in the thermal pools.
Bot more expensive than other places but it is worth it.
