Good variety of wildlife, cheap entry, lion feeding was cool.

    Fun, cheap activity.

I spent 2 and a half hours wandering around this magnificent park.

Highlight was watching the feeding of the lions. The keeper of the lions talked about them and explained in detail where they came from and their names. Each lion knows it own name and respnded to the keepers voice. amazing! The ladies in the shop were very cheerful and helpful.

A highly recommeded place to visit.

    This place is really underated.

It is a great place to visit, interesting plants/animals/birds and great for the whole family. Lion feeding is always fun, but so are a lot of the small animals you can feed yourself. Everytime we visit Rotorua we visit this park. Highly reccommended!

Nowhere else in the world can you get this close to a lion cub, and it is such a buzz to play with Ella, the new little one, and get your photo with her.

Totally worth the effort to get out there, heaps of other stuff to do out there in Paradise Valley too.

What a fantastic park that was significantly better than expected.

Patting Ella the lion cub was one of the best experiences of our whole trip. The kids have not stopped talking about her and getting some pictures with her was amazing.

Wonderfully set out part with plenty of animals to feed and look at.

We loved this place, especially because we could get close to a lion cub.

But this little zoo/park is very beautiful in a lot of other aspects too. We walked 2h around just feeding and photographing ducks, deer, wallebies, sheep, lamas, etc. and relaxing in the beautiful surrounding.
