Asked member of staff for information about camping in an area and he was of no help.
Did not look at us while speaking and knew nothing.

Information about the road between Te Anau and Milford Sound and a mini museum about the region inside.

Central location in the middle of town.
Friendly staff - a lady approached us asking if we needed help. She then went on to book our Milford Sound Cruise for us after giving us lots of advice about all of the different tours.

Very good location, super informative and helpful staff.
They have good a collection of items you may need for your tramp/hike.

The woman marked all the nice spots and tracks around Milford Sound and we had a perfect hiking experience.

Very helpful staff - arranged our cruise on Doubtful Sound and organised a campsite booking for two nights, pointing out the pluses of each site.
