Service from all staff we met was great. Very experienced instructors made me feel safe. Only downside was that it was overpriced.

An experience we will never forget.
This has to be the best place in the world to skydive. I agree that the photo and DVDs are too expensive and we didn't get them, but I almost feel like photos wouldn't do it justice anyway.

1. We 2 couples are from Singapore, our scheduled time is 9am so we reached the office for registration around 8.15am, the counter staff doesn't want to register for us and told us to leave then come back
We are definitely not going to recommend Nzone to our friends due to their poor service and rude attitude, this company is obviously lack of good internal control and well organization, their staff are not well trained, basically you pay premium price but you get terrible service based on following facts:
at 9am, but when we came back at 9am there was long queue for registration so we have to queue for another half an hour.
2. We have booked online 2 months earlier but surprisingly they still separated the wife and the husband into 2 different jumping groups, just because they need one more jumper to fully utilize the plane.
3. During skydiving, one of us has problem on the parachute and caused a very hard landing.
4. After skydiving, due to poor organization we have waited for the transport for 40 minutes, that's not the worst, finally the bus came, but it is not enough for all passengers so we have to wait for another 40 minutes for transferring back to town. Total we spent 1.5 hours for waiting the bus, eventually we missed our activity booked for afternoon due to Nzone failed to send us back on time.
5. After 40 minutes waiting for the bus, we complained the transport issue to the Nzone staff, it is very disappointed that one of their staff rejected to provide the service manager information, just replied " you are terrible customers" then left.

It was an experience of a lifetime..
I dived from 12000 ft and must say it was totally worth it..
Plus the team at NZONE gave basic instructions and you wouldnt for once feel that its gona be scary or something...

If you are anxious pick this one. They boost self-confidence and are very experienced. Because of their size is a bit unpersonal.

Excellent experienced!!!!
I would recommended everyone to do it!!! The jumpmaster was nice and cheerful, ofcoz the camera man did a good job too on photo and video!!! I would say i will do it again, and probably learn my sky dive here!! Well done

NZONE & Queenstown is definitely the company / place to do your skydiving!
Esp your first!! I did mine and am totally satisfied with the level of professionalism (yet still very friendly) and organization.
The jump masters and photo- and videographers are all so inspiring! They are REALLY GOOD in what they do. I literally have my jaws drop just at the sight of them.
Of course, the view on a sunny (though it's autumn nearing winter already) day, overlooking the whole of Queenstown was breathtaking. Words are just not enough to describe it.
I'll say - JUST DO IT and JUDGE YOURSELF =) It'll definitely be one of the most amazing feelings you'll ever get in life!
p/s: Skydived with Greg and had Stu as my photographer on 5th May, 12,000 feet =)

Very good arrangements, nice personnel.
Pictures are a bit expensive, but pretty good, the print quality was not very good though.

i did my skydive way back in oct 2011, i had ralph as my jumpmaster and he was amazing really made me feel at ease.
i only gave 8 as i thought it was pretty expensive, especially if you wanted the pictures and dvd... but otherwise, it was amazing!!

The skydiving was cancelled on 1st day due to bad weather..
so i went for the skydiving on 2nd day.. due to the clouds, we were unable to jump at 15000ft but at 12000ft instead (strangely refund was not made automatically but only when i asked).. my jumpmaster Nick and cameraman Paulwhitt were fantastic though.. as we had to leave that very day, we were told we could collect the dvd and photos at queenstown 2 hours later.. we hanged out in the vicinity and did go back to check in case we could get the dvd earlier.. sadly, after waited for 2 hour, we were told they forgot to bring the dvd over and it was left at the dropzone.. we offered to drive over ourselves to collect but the staff made no attempt to help us get the dvd.. they were also not apologetic.. we were quite disappointed but could only wait 2 weeks later to get our dvd as they would only post internationally..

Poor and rude customer service provided by frontline service staff in drop zone coupled with racial discrimination.
However, the crew and skydive experience was fantastic! Honest feedback was given via fb but was deleted within hours. Very unethical.
It was very unfortunate that you encoutered a long delay until you were able to Skydive and for that we share your frustration.
It is however important to remember that Tandem Skydiving is a very weather dependent activity and when operating conditions deteriorate beyond our control we will always take a more cautious approach as we deal with the safety of the passengers we carry, either resulting in us cancelling a trip or going on "Hold" and delaying operations until we are satisfied that no risk exists in continuing to operate.
The wind picked up yesterday afternoon and many of our trips in the afternoon were subjected to lengthy delays as a result thereof, unfortunately including your trip.
We felt we communicated this clearly and offered a full refund and return transport back to town if the delay was any inconvenience - which was not opted for.
NZONE Skydive have one of the most culturally diverse staffing teams, from all reaches of the globe, with our newest customer service team member being from your very own country of birth.
So we hope this gives you some assurance as an organisation we are very welcoming of all nationalities and cultures.
Lastly, it was great to see you finished your trip with words of praise in our customer feedback book on our check-in desk, because we certainly did our level best to deliver New Zealand's finest Tandem Skydive Experience.

Amazing experience, well worth the money but they do have the monopoly on the market as only one in town, photo packs very pricey!
