Only the Milford Fly-Cruise-Fly has set departure times, which vary seasonally. Other tours' times are available upon inquiry.

Landing Spot Duration?
Typically 10-15 minutes at each landing site on standard scenic flights, weather permitting.

All website prices are in NZD and include GST.

Payment on Booking?
Full payment is taken at check-in due to weather dependency. Credit card details are required to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy?
No charge for weather-related cancellations; rescheduling offered. 50% fee + 2% transaction fee for cancellations within 24 hours. No-shows/cancellations without notice incur full fare + 2% transaction fee.

Bad Weather on Flight Day?
We will contact clients on the day. If unable to fly, we offer an alternative flight or reschedule.

Private or Shared Flights?
Standard scenic flights are shared. Private tours can be arranged for an additional fee.

Window Seat?
Depends on passenger count. We encourage seat swapping after landings for everyone to experience a window view.

Picking Your Seat?
Seating is subject to weight and balance. We'll confirm preference if possible when weights are advised.

Picnic Flight Inclusions?
An antipasto platter with meats, cheese, dips, crackers, fruit, and sweet treats.

Dietary Requirements/Allergies?
Most dietary needs can be accommodated. For severe allergies, self-organize picnic and carry an EpiPen; cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
