This place is just a tiny asphalt car park, with a few powerboxes.

Basic doesn't begin to describe it, yet we were told it was $25 a vehicle - so for us towing a caravan it wd have bn $50! The staff member was nice & friendly, but we decided to give it a miss.

Thanks for your review. It's sad to get a 5 star from a camper who hasn't stayed with us. If a vechicle is towing a caravan naturally 2 parks are being used, hense the $50. You are the first to not understand this. We have been hit hard from covid so it's even sadder. We usually have very happy campers due to our location in the centre of town. We try our best, hence the shower and facilities upgrade.

Very modest place, with the basic stuff one needs to spend the night with the camper van.

Small yard for parking, has small facilities (one shower (1$), one bathroom and a space for eating (but not for cooking).

The lady in charge was really nice and kind, and the atmosphere was friendly.

Amazing spot - we walked everywhere in Thames.

The couple managing the site were so helpful and lovely. The site is a car lot so no grass but the facilities are very user friendly. Good value for money. Would stop there again when passing through.

Excellent for shops and nearby laundrette but just a small yard.

Luckily we were the only ones there. Single shower and separate toilet. Could have been a problem if busy. We needed electrics and shower after a day cycling otherwise we would have parked on derby field for free.

Very nice and friendly owners, small gravel campsite in the middle of town, no wifi and had to pay extra for showers.

15 dollars per person for powered site.

A fantastic place to stay in central Thames - convinent to resturants/cafes and the local supermarket.

The owners of this place are lovely - would highly reccomend you put this as a destination stop on your corromandel road trip

Wasn't really what we were expecting, we did just collect the camper and head straight for the 1st site on Rankers after it had gone dark.

Small gravel car park and you get a key to a building with a fridge, wall mounted water boiler, toilet, pay shower, sofas and a TV (this is all kept very clean). Good for the very reason the name implies I guess, I probably wouldn't put it on my list of places to stop unless I was traveling for a year or I was in the situation I was in.
