A word limit, damn!
Russ thank you so much for the trip of a lifetime mate! It truly was the greatest experience of my life getting out around this beautiful country and doing all the crazy things we did. Everything was organized for us, we didn't miss a single thing that we wanted to do. Russ tracks the weather and the emotion on your faces, he knows exactly what you need before you find the words to voice it. If it's raining and your skydive is cancelled, he already has 5 back up activities planned for you so no worries. Two hours in I trusted Russ explicitly to handle everything. This tour is for anyone looking to get out and do something out of the norm, its not a beach lounge tour, this is a heart pumping and life changing one, DO IT! The hotels were great, always nice people, good beds, and damn decent wifi for you to share all about the days activities. Russ knows someone just about everywhere you go, and always has the local pub in mind so you never have to worry about what you're going to do after dinner. If you are worried about going alone, don't be. I did it and made some awesome friends that I will continue to travel with and share my adventures with. Russ does not run this like every other tour guide. Yes he will guide you around and tell you local stories, mythological stories, point out the native birds and trees, but he also becomes a great mate. He doesn't live to clock out at 5pm, he wants to have a good time with you and share in the adventures and that is what makes this great. I hope everyone who has a dream of pushing the envelope a bit further and learning more about themselves does this adventure. Welcome future JUNKIES to a whole new level!

We took a group of 14 adults to Queenstown NZ and Adventures Junkies hosted us perfectly, showing total professionalism and knowledgee on all that Queenstown has to offer.
We did heli biking, rafting, bungying, paragliding, gondola, and much more including a winery visit on bikes. Thanks Russ and Adventure Junkies for the great experience and friendship.

I was part of the 2015 Adventure Junkies Adrenaline Tour from 23rd March until the 1st April.
The tour consisted of some of the best adventure activities that New Zealand's south island has to offer, from skydiving to mountain biking and bungy jumping.
All of the activities were perfectly set out meaning nothing was hurried and we were able to relax in between each. Russ also strived to keep driving times down to a minimum so we never spent long in the car.
Everything is organised for you from accommodation to activities and even two meals a day and snacks in between!
I loved every moment of the trip. The activities are quite varied and Russ is a fantastic guide with local knowledge of everything down to the trees, good places to eat and where scenes of LoTR were shot. He's extremly easy going and is well known throughout the locations you visit on tour.
Thank you again for such an amazing experience! If you're reading this because you can't decide if you want to give this a go, all I can say is just do it, totally worth it!

Just completed a adventurous and fun filled ten days.
This tour had everything from viewing the amazing scenery on offer from above, the water , sides of mountains, and the good old fashioned way on the bike. the program although jam packed offered enough time for activities that of your personal choice, but adapt the prescribed activities to suit your capabilities. Russ was amazing as our tour guide/ organiser/ team motivator/ buddy. He even assisted prior to the tour when I was having difficulties organizing insurance. I would not have been able to organize all these activities on my own and when adding up the costs of me organizing all these activities, the tour was great value. I would recommend this tour to any thrill seekers out there.

Well it has been 2 days since our 10 day tour finished...
and withdrawals have set in! I know rating 10/10 can be cliché but the experience.. the adventures and of course the adrenalin warrant a 10/10! It is obvious to see that Russ, the tour guide/owner loves his job he goes above and beyond for everyone on the trip and joins in on all the fun and action! This tour takes care of accommodation, food, along with all the sightseeing and activities. And don't think accommodation or food is skimped on- my expectations were definitely exceeded! Thank you Russ, for an adventure I will never forget! I will definitely be back to New Zealand and calling on Adventure Junkies!

For our milestone birthdays this year, we opted for the Adrenaline NZ tour.
The tour was great value for the money, as it was jam packed with amazing activities, laughs, and good food yet not feeling rushed or pushed into anything. Because I booked this knowing I had a fear of heights, I knew many activities would be a challenge for me. As the days progressed, I instantly became a "FOMO"(as Russ called it)...fear of missing out! The whole group atmosphere enabled such a positive vibe :D Skydiving was my favourite! My husband loved the heli mountain biking and hopes to now do heli skiing in winter! Thank you for everything Russ! You were tremendously organized, professional, fun and easy going. Highly recommended to any one of any age!

To any and all who are considering traveling to NZ for a bit of ADVENTURE...
Do yourselves a favour and contact Russ at Adventure Junkies. Had the time of my life without having to worry about anything. All was pre-arranged and if you wanted to add or subtract, it was done effortlessly and without fuss.
Somehow Russ managed to make a group of complete strangers into BFFs and he personally saw to it that any bump in the road was non-existent.
Great choice of activities as well as food as well as accommodation. I cannot thank Russ enough as it was like traveling with a friend instead of a tour guide.
More than Highly recommended - you would be silly to even attempt the craziness we did without the helping hand that Russ provided.

Had such an amazing 10 days with a group of complete strangers but by the end we were good friends.
Russ was a great tour guide and some how managed to cater for everyones needs.
The range of activities on offer were fabulous and there was still time in the tour to squeeze in a couple of extra activities in Queenstown.
All I can say is that if you're are looking for an adventure in NZ without the hassle of organising it all the Russ at Adventure Junkies is your man.

Just returned from an unforgettable trip with Adventure Junkies.
Our group consisted of 5 awesome people and Russ, our knowledgable and really fun guide. Every day was filled with adventure and surprises as well as great food, lots of laughs, and the best company. Accommodations were modest but super comfortable. Highlight of the trip were the van rides and meeting new people, making lifelong friends. If you want to do something completely different and not stress about the logistics and planning, this is the BEST trip you could take. To echo Nikki, I wish AJ was in every country! Thanks so much Russ and keep up the great work!

I've been on a lot of tours over the years, and the "NZ Adrenalin Trip" really is the best one I've ever been on!
All of the included activities were amazing, and Russ did a superb job of arranging them for us. Russ also allowed me to customise my itinerary by including both the Kawarau Bridge Bungy and the Nevis Swing, and then on later days, I even added quad biking and hang gliding too!
The accommodation was fantastic, and far exceeded my expectations.
The food was also great too, and we were almost always able to choose our breakfasts and lunches from cafes or shops along the route.
50% of our group were single travellers, including myself. This was absolutely fine because we soon got to know each other very well.
The best part for me is that Russ just took care of everything for us. All I needed to do was wake up on time, and then wear the correct clothing for the day's activity!
It was a perfect trip! I'd definitely travel with Adventure Junkies again in the future.

Wow. It has always been a dream for my wife and I to see New Zealand, and I am convinced that there is no better way than this tour.
Russ is by far the best guide in NZ for those who are seeking that Adrenalin buzz, plus learn tons of awesome knowledge about the land around you.
The food was out of this world. The accommodations were flawless. The events along the way (we did the Adrenalin tour) were way better than expected (and we expected better than top notch). I could not recommend this tour more to anyone who is looking for a heart pumping trip to NZ. My only complaint is that it had to end after 10 days.
I'm convinced that there is no better tour in New Zealand. The value for the money is great. I can't say enough good things about this trip. Thanks for the trip of a lifetime, Adventure Junkies!

The Tour was amazing, it exceeded all expectations and then some.
Russ was great, friendly, knowledgeable, great fun, and easy to have a few beers with each night. He really goes over and beyond with the groups. I would recommend these tours highly for anyone looking at going to New Zealand and wanting to have fun. It was so easy to do with no hassles at all, with accommodation taken care of you didn't need to worry where you would sleep tonight. All you have to do is show up and have fun. For those looking at the adventure tour, i wouldn't think twice, its not every day you get to kayake with killer whales feeding and playing around you.

Absolutely amazing tour!
there is no other way to experience the South Island, much better then any New Zealand Contiki tour you are likely to do. The value for money is top notch with this trip! The accommodation is amazing, the food is superb and the activities were truly amazing. Russ was fantastic and would constantly go out of his way to make the trip more enjoyable for all. Anyone looking for an adrenaline tour to cross off all there bucket list activities look no further.

Somehow Russ managed to make a group of complete strangers into BFFs and he personally saw to it that any bump in the road was non-existent.
Great choice of activities as well as food as well as accommodation. I cannot thank Russ enough as it was like traveling with a friend instead of a tour guide.
More than Highly recommended - you would be silly to even attempt the craziness we did without the helping hand that Russ provided.

Wow. It has always been a dream for my wife and I to see New Zealand, and I am convinced that there is no better way than this tour.
Russ is by far the best guide in NZ for those who are seeking that Adrenalin buzz, plus learn tons of awesome knowledge about the land around you.
The food was out of this world. The accommodations were flawless. The events along the way (we did the Adrenalin tour) were way better than expected (and we expected better than top notch). I could not recommend this tour more to anyone who is looking for a heart pumping trip to NZ. My only complaint is that it had to end after 10 days.
I'm convinced that there is no better tour in New Zealand. The value for the money is great. I can't say enough good things about this trip. Thanks for the trip of a lifetime, Adventure Junkies!

I've been on a lot of tours over the years, and the "NZ Adrenalin Trip" really is the best one I've ever been on!
All of the included activities were amazing, and Russ did a superb job of arranging them for us. Russ also allowed me to customise my itinerary by including both the Kawarau Bridge Bungy and the Nevis Swing, and then on later days, I even added quad biking and hang gliding too!
The accommodation was fantastic, and far exceeded my expectations.
The food was also great too, and we were almost always able to choose our breakfasts and lunches from cafes or shops along the route.
50% of our group were single travellers, including myself. This was absolutely fine because we soon got to know each other very well.
The best part for me is that Russ just took care of everything for us. All I needed to do was wake up on time, and then wear the correct clothing for the day's activity!
It was a perfect trip! I'd definitely travel with Adventure Junkies again in the future.

The Tour was amazing, it exceeded all expectations and then some.
Russ was great, friendly, knowledgeable, great fun, and easy to have a few beers with each night. He really goes over and beyond with the groups. I would recommend these tours highly for anyone looking at going to New Zealand and wanting to have fun. It was so easy to do with no hassles at all, with accommodation taken care of you didn't need to worry where you would sleep tonight. All you have to do is show up and have fun. For those looking at the adventure tour, i wouldn't think twice, its not every day you get to kayake with killer whales feeding and playing around you.

Absolutely amazing tour!
there is no other way to experience the South Island, much better then any New Zealand Contiki tour you are likely to do. The value for money is top notch with this trip! The accommodation is amazing, the food is superb and the activities were truly amazing. Russ was fantastic and would constantly go out of his way to make the trip more enjoyable for all. Anyone looking for an adrenaline tour to cross off all there bucket list activities look no further.

Fantastic experience overall.
Well exceeded my expectations. Russ is a professional and one of the guys at the same time. Very knowledgeable about New Zealand and its culture and always ready with witty responses to our questions. He went out of his way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Oh yeah, I should mention the planned activities are mind blowing as well. Would recommend this tour without the slightest hesitation.

This tour was such an amazing experience!
I easily crossed off 3/4 of my bucket list in 10 days and I'm only 21!! Russ was extremely knowledgable and every activity was planned carefully to ensure we got everything we ever wanted. Good food, great activities & extremely knowledgable and polite guides! Will tour again with this company and would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a great time in NZ!

Great people on the tour, great tour guide, and a completely awesome experience. The variety of adrenalin pumping activities on this tour will blow your mind and the company is just great. Highly recommended and would definitely do it again!

I did more in the 10 days of the Adrenalin tour than others do in a lifetime. Amazing activities, natural scenery, great accomodation which is a pleasure to return to after a hard days work, insightful guides who quickly become more like old friends day by day, this package provider has it all. This was, by far, the best vacation my husband and I have ever experienced.
Russ and the Adventure Junkies tour made everything about our trip unforgettable. I went on the 10 day Explorer trip in March with Russ of Adventure Junkies.
I could not have asked for a better experience. For me, there was no better way to enjoy the south island and check off all the items on my "must-do" list. The included activities and accommodations were just right. When we wanted to add something to the already amazing lineup of action... Russ was right there to help with perfect suggestions and contacts. What an amazing 10 days!
