Even under 'new management' place is disgusting, it smells like urine and rats and looks as if it has never been cleaned in its life.
We had to look for someone to check in howeve after 1o minutes we thought it was too disgusting to live in and went somewhere SO MUCH better for the same price. NEVER GO HERE. Website is deceiving.

This hostel is advertised as well priced and in a good location.
Both of those attributes are true, but unfortunately you have to contend with mentally questionable owners and policies. If phrases like "mandatory, fee charging laundry services," "open inspections at 3am in the unlockable female dorm room by the male owner," and "abusive behavior to renters and possible future renters" sound good, then this is your place. If any of the above phrases catch you off guard, then I would steer well clear. This place is run by mentally ill people who offer you a small discount for playing an uncomfortable role in their disturbing livelihood. Seriously, stay away, it's not worth it.
