I was surprised by the disorganised and dirty interior of the boat.
The two crew chain-smoked the whole 6 hours (including in the cabin) which I found disgusting. Inside, there was nowhere to sit down (the one seat was broken) and definitely nowhere to lie down if you were queasy. No "complimentary tea or coffee" was offered, and the facilities were too dirty to make this a welcoming thought. Lifejackets were an afterthought, buried "up front".
Although the crew were competent fishermen, presentation and customer focus was poor.
