I want to give them 10 / 10 because the skiing and natural mountain are GREAT.

But they take the piss with the captive market. Exorbitant - on the - mountain prices. Not enough staff means not getting all the lifts running,no queue control at times, a general lack of customer service 101, fudged snow reports to get us all up the mountain thinking it's open, then promptly putting it on hold, or to send us to one side of the mountain only. Maybe I'm a conspiracy theorist but I hear the Whakapapa side - where they have lots of vocal influential club lodges - does not have the same problems. Skiing = 10/10 Service = 2

The runs of new six pack chair are crowded with a dangerous mix of snowboarders + skiers, gross traffic makes it a touch and go experience.

Super hard snow makes for unpleasant skiing. All of the lifts are seldom run.

Good but gets a bit to busy.

It can take a long time to get up to the carpark if you don't leave really early and the cafes can get packed
