    Excellent price, lower than other competitors this being due to the fact that this company offers older vehicles (ours was 2001) but well maintained & all amentieis (linen, GPS etc) were included in the

    price.

    The car itself is in a good condition - the cabin compartment needs to be renovated and in some parts repaired.

    Try to intimidate me.

    Take money from credit card for repairs of already faulty items at the beginning of rental. Equipment incomplete.

    This company makes clients pay for broken items and their repair, even when Leisuretime initially agree to pay cost of repair.

    I am a locksmith, replaced broken key. Leisuretime refused to pay full price, client ended up paying for part of the repair. Client was not a happy camper. Client had paid for full insurance.

    No tv, broken radio, bald tyre, tyres were half recommended pressure on pick up, disgusting smelling carpet, mould on the curtains, no chemicals for the toilet, unsafe out of date gas bottle, broken annex

    , no broom.

    When we dropped off no staff were present instead the boss was playing golf so we couldn't make a face to face complaint then he sends me an e-mail saying the toilet wasn't emptied when I made sure it was thoroughly cleaned and new chemicals put in.

    We paid 10 months in advance and they gave us a campervans full of problems and then try to make us pay for stuff that was already broken.
