    Simon Simon Simon!

Our bus driver/guide was the best part of this trip - he had so much info to give about conservation, animals, flora, geology and more. We were stuck between fallen trees and rocks for nearly 2 hours and he kept us all entertained with his stories. We got there and had to wait for the next boat an hour later but then with no problems we were off and away. The actual ride round Milford Sounds was nice - plenty of info from the captain, the free pitta lunch wrap was huge and tasty, free tea and loos on board (have to pay for coffee but fine by me coz I don't drink it anyway) and the boat huge and clean. Fun when the captain puts you right in the spray of one huge waterfall. Seeing young fur seals was nice - all in all a good ride but it's a shame you don't go out to see the sea - they stop just short of that but I guess it all depends on the weather. Back on the bus with Simon we had more stops at very pretty places and lots of laughs on the way back. Whole trip for 90 dollars was great value we thought inc transport and lunch, but really...

Thank you Simon for making our day!

Firstly, I'd just like to make it clear that the rating I've given the tour is mostly because of the tour guide we had.

His name is Simon and he was fantastic - extremely knowledgeable, good driver, relaxed and funny.

Juicy are very lucky to have him.

The cruise itself was enjoyable and very afforable. Although juicy does not offer buffet style lunch, the pita pit meal was surprisingly tasty and filling.

It would have been nice to turn around out of the fiord/sound in the Tasman sea rather than slightly before. Also, we noticed a few of the other cruisers were paused at certain points which is helpful for photos especially on a windy, rainy day.

Again, if you get Simon as your tour guide you will get a pleasant surprise. He is clearly very good at what he does and enjoys doing it.

Thank you for an enjoyable eco tour.

    Magically stunning and brilliantly orchestrated.

This tour was a joy to be part of from the moment we stepped onto the bus. Simon demonstrated his knowledge effortlessly, bringing the tour to life. Thanks to the several stops, which only a local would know the 2 hour trip seemed like half an hour. Furthermore, I am glad I did not drive myself (or family) as the road seemed potentially dangerous for anyone who was not intimate with them. The boat trip out through the glaciers path included amazing views and local wildlife.

All in all this tour was worth every cent and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

    Thanks for the wonderful day.

Bus trip to Milford Sound/sail and return to Te Anau by bus.

Excellent tour. We were very lucky to be part of a small group with driver (Frank) who was friendly, knowledgable and fun. A great day out.
