Cost $20 per person from Dunedin to the sirport. Lovely, friendly driver Ray. Picked us up on time. We were the first to be picked up in North Dunedin then picked up seven others. Took an hour door to door. Great service.

What an absolute joke of a company.

I booked a 12:30pm shuttle from Dunedin Airport to my hotel in town. As per my booking confirmation , I was informed that I was to be ready 5 minutes prior to pick up and that we may depart +/-5mins for the planned departure time. I dropped my hire car off as was ready approximately 40 mins earlier than anticipated, so I phoned the company to see if anything earlier was available. Despite the fact that there were 2 vans out the front, Melissa at the call centre informed me that there was absolutely “nothing earlier available”. Fair enough, so I waited until 12:30 as originally planned. At 12:45 (now 10mins after the promised departure time - see photo) I phoned the company again to find out when we would be departing. I was told that because they only had 1 booking, they wanted to wait until a flight landed to see if they could get some more customers. What terrible customer service! They should not have accepted my booking for 12:30 if they were not willing to take me at 12:30. We left the airport at 1:05pm with only 1 extra passenger. Was the extra $20 worth damaging your reputation I wonder? I will never use this company again. They should refund my money for wasting my time.
