    Friendly owners.

We had a powered campervan site (there are 2). No phone reception but wifi worked well. The facilities are simple but effective: everything you need for a nice overnight stay.

My Copland plans were canceled due to weather conditions.

The Place to be and just go Offline.

Carol let me check in the room at 11am, awesome. 😀

Nice room, shower, toilet, double bed, more than sufficient heater, small kitchen with the tools you need, and a Great veranda to sit under while the rain pours down, yes a full 10 for that and the price.

    Nice friendly owner.

Location a wee bit in the middle of nowhere with no phone reception. Facilities were a bit dated but the lady kept them impeccably clean.

    Lovely quiet and nice spot.

There are a few spaces for campervans. Little kitchen, but with everything you need. Shower super hot and good pressure. All clean, nice and tidy.

Price: $15,00 p.p for one night.

You can pay with cash or by card

Location: fine location but not special

Insects: a few moths, al lot of rabbits and ducks, the are noise but harmless

Wc’s: the are okay but the people can make a mess of it...

Douche: no shower. There is a creek with a strong current. a nice, small camping. We think around six place for Campervan.

    Insects: mosquitoes in the night

    Wc’s: one very clean toilet

Douche: one clean douche. Warm and no timer on it.

There is a nice kitchen with kitchensupply you can use. The manager is very kind, friendly and helpful. Our advice is to call in advance to make sure there is vacancy. We have the last place because people made a reservation don’t show up so we are lucky.

Arrived late (10pm) but we managed to get the last pitch, for which we were very grateful!!

Lovely quiet spot with close access to the kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Bathroom very clean, lots of hot water in shower, and also had washer/dryer.

Loads of appliances in the kitchen although we didn't use it much due to leaving early the following morning.

Overall, would definitely recommend staying here.

    Lovely hosts!

This campsite is very quiet and the athmosfere is nice. We stayed 2 nights. The first night we got a nice sheltered spot to pitch the tent. We had the very clean kitchen and bathroom practically to ourselves, since we only shared it with a self contained vehicle. The next night the hosts offered us a cabin because I was not feeling too well and it was raining quite heavily. We moved to another part of the property with again a very clean kitchen and bathroom to use. We would definitely come back here!

A small but very quiet area.

There are 2 tent/campervan sites next to each other that are situated in a courtyard with the lodge rooms - even in peak season, this was very quiet but the area is not hugely spacious if you are camping. The facilities are clean and well maintained but vsmall - there's 1 toilet, 1 shower and a small kitchen area. The kitchen has generous facilities - oven, hob, toaster, kettle and fridge. Carol the owner was quick to communicate when we emailed to book, which was helpful. A few sandflies but nothing that couldn't be deterred with some bug spray. Cow and sheep in the next girls were friendly too!

    Worst campground experience ever.

Strange host. Only one toilet and shower (without a lock) at all. And most important : DON'T USE THE LAUNDRY!!! 30minutes are $2, no cycle is finished in this time and the water is staying in the machine. After 60min in the drier still soaking wet. WORST THING: Whole morning nobody around in the OFFICE for help!!

Tents were packed in like a parking lot. Overpriced for what it was. Stay somewhere else.

    Cute little place.

Very small so only a couple of spots so may get busy in summer, but we are the only ones there. Only 1 toilet and shower but should be fine as it’s small. Owner was very nice, and we even got to stroke the lambs they have on site. Very reasonably priced- $36 for 2 people for a powered site.

Very small place on a farm it looks like.

Woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Only two powered sites but was just fine for us. It's only about 35 km to Fox Glacier from here. Showers were hot and easy to use. We didn't use the kitchen so can't comment there.

    Sweet little campsite.

You essentially get given a space on the grass next to a cabin to stick your tent but the kitchen is functional and there’s a hot shower. You might need to queue a bit but there’s so few camping spaces it never seemed that busy.

There's only a few spaces for tents, and only one shower and one toilet.

However the kitchen was really well equipped. For a night it worked really well to break the trip from Haast to Fox. We paid $15 per person per night for an unpowered site.
