Clean facilities, not many people.
You need to go to the dairy before to pay. Quite expensive..
Someone called for us cause we were late and they said we should pay 20$ for 2 adults without power, shower, kitchen. When we went to pay the lady said 30$.

Reasonable facilities, but not a camping ground, it's a Domain charging camping ground rates!

We went at 6:30pm when we arrived to pay at the owner shop because it was the only way to pay indicated.
The shop was close, nothing indicated to pay online and no payment box.
But in the evening the owner arrive threatened us, take picture of us.
very bad and disrespectful person.

Very nice and quiet place!
Unlimited hot showers, kitchen and laundry. Everything is a little bit old, but clean. It was worth the 10$ pp (unpowered site)!! Would definitely come again.

The reception is not in the camp area!
It is in dairy shop across railway station! Otherwise loved it! 10$ per person, everything was clean and it's a perfect location to watch start at night!

Really nice caretaker, access to kitchen with water boiler and tv lounge.
The bathroom was new and had hot showers. There's a lot of space and you can park anywhere you want to. There are New Zealand people who live there, it's nice to have a chat with them.

Nice little place.
Go to the "on the Spot“ dairy to pay. NZ$14.00 p.p. for a powered site and NZ$10.00 for a non powered site. NZ$20.00 deposit for the wc/shower and kitchen key. Don’t pass by... stay a night !!

So beautiful park because of grand trees and smooth grass.
The rugby field in middle. With help of the previous writers found the dairy and was amazed how beautiful and quiet village it is after hectic Lake Tekapo. Best kept secret but to travellers who like unspoilt beauties, this is one. Good clean kitchen and showers.

I don't really understand all the positive reviews for this place.
The lady was unfriendly to me at checkin and checkout (maybe it was a bad couple of days for her). The laundry room is just a washing machine (no dryer). The facilities are super old. The shower was hot though, and an unpowered site was only $10 for just myself. The place is very quiet but that's because it's in the middle of nowhere.

This is a good domain site, with a small kitchen, free washing machine & cabins.
The showers are good and clean despite looking a bit grubby. Payment taken at the Pleasant Point Diary, which is about 1 km away.

Cheap ($8 per person, unpowered) and really nice, big sites with grass and big trees, really quiet (only hear the birds).
Manager friendly. Only cash, $20 deposit for the key. The office is not directly at the camp, it is some 100 meters in the town at the petrol station and "Pleasant Point" shop. Hot shower, clean, kitchen with a lot of stuff. There is also a laundry which we didn't use, no idea how expensive. We can only recommend this place, a really pleasant point!

Totally unfriendly we had to sign that we bring the key back and had to pay 20 dollars for the key.
They did not told us something about a checkout time but the next day the guy didn't wanted to give us our key deposit back because we left after 10. When we tried to talk to him shouted at us. I would never go back there.
