Free for unpowered sites ($10 powered), just pay small amounts into honesty box depending on what you use in the kitchen or for showers.
Cracking facilities, just a shame the pub closed so early and there are very few options nearby for food.

Bit noisy with the road but perfect for a stopover when crossing the alps.
Very clean amenities even though a non powered site is free!

Great wee spot, shame about the traffic.
You can find a quieter spot but there's not many. Good facilities, clean and tidy. Very welcoming and great food and prices at the pub.

Very nice spot with warm welcome.
Occasional passing traffic but nothing unbearable. Good facilities, very clean. Great food at hotel. Would recommend.

Small campsite - $10pp (unpowered), $12pp (powered) or can just pay to use shower and laundry.
Pay at pub or into honest box. Near main road but part of a beautiful historic pub and vineyard! Good, clean facilities. Would recommend.

A cute, unique setting with a hotel, bar/restaurant and vineyard.
The restaurant was great. Camping was right next to road so a little noisy and facilities weren’t the greatest. This was the only campground on our tour (other than DOC sites) that had no rubbish bins for campers, no hot water to wash hands.

Small campground set in a vineyard beside 1800s pub.
Very friendly hosts, clean facilities, good food and drink at the pub. Try the huge swaggers breakfast at the cafe.
