    Really friendly and wonderful owner.

    He was very welcoming. We paid 15pp. Facilities were old, but everything was pretty clean. Showers were free and hot. Kitchen setup was pretty good as well. It is near to a train track, but only one train passed in the night while we were there. We would definitely stay again!

    The owners are so friendly, we shared such a good moment with them!

    Listening to music talking about New Zealand culture. The place is also really nice and there is hot shower and clean toilets! Thanks again for this amazing time!

    Nice spot close to the beach and next to the river.

    Nice swim in the river. Very quiet for December. Kitchen and bathroom weren‘t very clean. Free wifi. $12.50 non power side per person.

    We spent Christmas at this camp, it's was the best we've been to.

    $12.50 per person. Big kitchen, good and clean facilities, free wifi, free laundry. You can swim and fish or have a walk at the beach (black sand). Lovely owner, making this place beautiful. Good for children too (playground).

    Nicely located at the river and only a five minute walk to the sea, this campground offers full lawn and very flat spots both powered and non-powered.

    Besides Wifi everything you need is there, especially there is no surcharge for showers which were hot with convenient water pressure. Fire pits for open fire are available as well which is seldom so far during our trip in NZ. On the downside everything is a bit dusty but the owner is very nice and willing to help.

    Good for a short stay.

    The owner is very friendly. The facilities are a bit dusty and not modern but showers are included and the water is hot. The sites are even. Special and a plus are the open fire pits and a nice cat.

    Didn't see anyone.

    It was off season and payment was an honesty box. Only one bathroom/shower opened and the kitchen, both clean.
