    It was the best walk so far!

    The view was stunning, from the mountain as well as onto the Taranaki. The walk goes through forest and bushland, is well made and just an adventure in itself.

    Very nice weather the first day, good hut, unfortunately heaps of rain the second day and 13km walking through bush/forest.

    Also very steep.

    Getting above treeline, varied vegetation, good huts being a circuit.

    High swamps, good Mt views. Views not too far to huts.

    Well maintained, lots of steps, huts well kept and beautiful scenery.
