We have 30 non-powered sites, you can choose a spot where you feel most comfortable - a shady spot in the park or a sunny spot on the river bank, close to the amenities or a more private corner!

Our communal facilities are centrally located and we work hard to ensure you enjoy exceptionally clean bathrooms and kitchen areas, plenty of space and top quality fittings and appliances. There are many picnic areas dotted throughout the park, 2 Gazebo's, picnic tables on the riverbank and a great under cover BBQ area.

We welcome any kind of tents – brand new or very old, colourful or plain, big or small - you just cannot miss beautiful, historical Wanganui from your tour of New Zealand!
