Awesome location well worth the visit.
Requires a bit of organisation to access kitchen and showers at certain times as they can be locked but camp manager very accommodating. Old school kiwi camp ground.

This place could have been really good because the location is great.
But the kitchen was locked at 5.30 pm. And then locked again at 10.00 as were the showers with the single basin for brushing teeth. It is not relevant that we were the only campers. That should not have affected service. We planned to stay 4 nights. We left after 2.

Beautiful, neat & tidy campground, right on the beach.
Wonderful facilities, showers amazing & accommodating.
Custodian very helpful with personality & ready smile. Very welcoming.

Awesome spot, beautiful views, close to the beach.
Caretaker Nic and his family were so welcoming and helpful. Hot showers, only $15 for the both of us. Bit of a drive there but absolutely worth it. We were the only ones there, might pay to ring before during the busier times. Only three spots available, no phone coverage, cash only. 👍👍

Great campground next to a beautiful beach.
Nice clean facilities, hot showers with good water pressure, not many people. You pay per car not per person so it was only 15$ for four people plus coins for the showers (1$ each). Strongly recommend staying here.

Campground next to beach.
Nobody was here in November except 2 nice permanents, who gave us coins for the shower. Very nice beach but very windy
