Lovely quiet camp ground, we over looked the field with horses very pretty.
Facilities were clean. Right in town. Nice way to spend a long weekend highly recommend!

Great location.
Quiet park. Very reasonable price . Free shower tokens . $3 for washing machine. Very helpful friendly manager. But facilities very tired and needing a good clean.

Location: we have seen a a lot of campsite.
Price: $15,00 for one person with power
This one was not our number one but it is a little cozy campground and the best we have seen in the neighborhood
Toilets: are okay but could be cleaner
Showers: are okay, you get a token for free but the could be cleaner
Kitchen: it's cozy but could be cleaner
Laundry: there are good for fair price
* The owner/ manager is very lovely, sweet and helpfull. She weary makes you feel at home

Basic but adequate, right in the guts of town, good showers friendly folk, quiet ,would use again.

Old facilities but clean.
Grounds very bumpy so had to move motor home to find something more level or I’d have rolled out of bed.
Tried showers evening and morning, both times only like warm. That’s why we pulled in here, for a nice shower!

Very friendly staff.
Stayed a couple of nights to have a look around on way back from Gisborne. Loved the fact our dog could stay with us in the accommodation. Plan to return.

We tried to get in here, but when we questioned the rate offered, we were asked to leave.
In a quiet season, such an attitude can't be good for business. As it was we were very grateful as we traveled only a short distance east to the Island View camp site and paid a significantly lower price for vastly better facilities, a better location and with cheery operators.
We had just reduced our rates as the Christmas period had passed and offered to waive the charge for the customer's 2 year old. We are continually reviewing the marketplace in order to offer a tariff that is both competitive and fair.
