We stayed here on Febr.
22-2023. It was very quiet and we could choose our site. Showers and toilets may be a bit old but it is super clean. There is also a good kitchen.
Camp site has beach acces and Marc made coffee and tea in the morning (free of charge 😊)

Old facilities, pleasant but in experienced staff , the beach is nice but there seems to be a public road through the campground.
The highway is very close to the camp and it is overpriced for such tired amenities. Would not recommend.

Great family camping ground!
Awesome playground for kids, clean and tidy kitchen with everything you need. Nice large sites. Just a little bit too pricey if you are wanting extra adults to stay but otherwise a great family friendly campsite!

Have enjoyed our experiences at Onaero but it has become quite pricey for what is on offer and the facilities are very tired.
Very disappointed last time we went. Absolute mayhem from some camp stayers. We have been going at the same time for several years. Did the same as normal and when checking in asked for our booking to be rolled over. It didn't happen!!!!!! Heard on the grapevine while we were there that someone else was saying they had booked the site we usually have for next year and went to check that the roll over had happened. (Caused a lot of embarrassment as it was one of our groups family members who were there for the first time and arrived several days later). I said to our friends that couldn't be possible as I had asked for it to be rolled over when we arrived. Went to check with management who confirmed a mistake had been made. Even when I complained they were not prepared to go to the people and say they had made an error and offer them another site. I just had to like it or lump it. No courtesy or commonsense used. I won't be going back as far as I am concerned. If they can't look after repeat clients then what are they hoping for.

called in here over the weekend.
very disappointing. long grass, overgrown hedges, smelly rubbish bins. In the four hours we were there, at least 4 campers turned away because the office wasn't open. Needs alot of maintenance to get it back up to the fantastic spot it used to be

This is a horrible camping ground!
Old, messy, and expensive!!!
$20 per person in a tent? This is a joke! It looks decayed/ruinous.
It is better you go a few minutes to the marine campsite!

We stayed in a cabin.
Firstly we were given the wrong keys then had to have a cold shower, put in $1.00 and no hot water so tried the next one as had another coin and again no hot water!! Then only one coffee mug in the cabin so only one of us could have a coffee the next morning. The steps that lead from the cabins to the old toilets are a health & safety hazard as not spaced evenly, too narrow and slippery... they need replacing. Cabin could do with a side table and lamp. New Management have taken over and they seem to lack maintaining this camp. So disappointing to see the camp like this now.
