    25May24.

2 adults on powered site in motorhome. $42.

Level pitch. 2 combined toilet/shower rooms each for male and female.

Steep hills to get to the centre. We only went to the fish and chip shop and back. Too dark and the threat of rain!

Didn’t use the kitchen or laundry.

A little out of the way but close to the ferry and an ok spot.

Great campsite, limited amount of powered places for the motorhome, kitchen well equipped, good facilities (hot showers), had picnic at sunrise with a great view.

Breakfast in the incredible cafe next to the harbor.

The weather was awful, but that's not anyone's fault!!

It is a very small space to park.your camper and someone came in and parked literally less than a metre from me.

The view was nice, but only limited spots would have it.

Facilities were very basic, and the shower flooded the toilet area as well.

Fine for a stop over before catching the ferry from Rawene.

Lovely Camp up the hill in Rawene with an amazing view over the Hokianga Harbour.

Nice and clean facilities with a fully equipped kitchen and the best extra: a genuine wood fire pizza oven!

The owners were very kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend stopping here and are definitely coming back!

It is a great place to stay the night.

It is clean and a small location with a few guests. The lookout from the terrace is beautiful.

Stayed here in a motorhome, lovely hot showers, hooks to hang your gear.

Kitchen facilities small but good, lovely outdoor seating area with fantastic views. Everything we needed.

From motorhome perspective only - cabins may be better esp thus time of year.

Accidents waiting to happen I'm afraid. Toilet shower combined in shonky old building can hear/smell men and women; slippery floors even after mopping it yourself and women manouver around bins and unsafe levels to get to; windows and louvres broken so lack of privacy to public walkway; mirror tiny; water wonderfully hot 😊 Wooden floor boards deteriorating. Muddy, lightless, hilly driveway upto laundry from motorhome area; buy tokens cost me $16 one wash and 2xdry. Small turning area when lots of people, reasonably flat area for motorhome but can't back all way in or slip on gravel and unlevel. Kitchen fully equipped. Good view in only 2 spots. View from rickety seating area is lovely😁

This is an awesome spot for a camping ground!

You get great views over the water from the deck which also has a BBQ, and the same goes for the swimming pool, which is really nice and warm by the way. The staff are friendly and the tenting spots are well sheltered. Great experience.

Campervans park on a gravel lot, adequate space.

Only two toilets - both contain showers - but there always seemed to be one free! Easy walk into the lovely town.
