A fantastic spot and the beach is right there in front of you!

A bit of an "old school" feel to the facilities and no oven - not a biggie - and no freezer - a bit more important to me on a long stay. I'll be going back.

Affordable, awesome campsite location, we had a “beachfront” spot and when they say beach front, they mean BEACHFRONT!

Incredible! Showers were awesome, kitchen was a little skint for supplies eg no oven/only jugs and toasters

PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO SERVICE/EXTREMELY LIMITED SERVICE! But a nice off the grid experience overall. Will definitely be coming back!

There’s also a gas station at the campsite with decent rates (mid sept 2023), alc and ample supplies sold at the store. Some wicked merchandise too.

    My favorite spot by far.

I stayed on the rocky bay side as it was more protected, and it was an amazing spot to be.

Dog friendly and a big sandy beach on the otherside of the camp too, so you have the best of both worlds.

Facilities were great and it was lovely and quiet with just 4 people coming when I was there.

    The joys of winter holidays!

Great beach but way over priced compared to other camps in the area, only 1 drinking water tap for the whole camp and only a couple of unfiltered water taps around the rest of the camp

This a fantastic place to stay and on checking in our host Tracy helped us choose the best rate to suit our stay.

Even though it is winter, there were quite a few long stayers there and we were invited to their happy hour in the communal kitchen at 4.30pm and made to feel really welcome. The toilets were clean and the showers were hot and they were all included in the price. We will definately be back and highly recommend this camp site.

Great location right on the beach, store has everything you need.

Paid $20 a head in the middle of summer and still got a spot right next to the sand. Friendly staff.

Nice location, well equipped general store, $40 in shoulder season for two + a camper may be a little bit too much.

Scenic path and view from Rainbow Warrior memorial.

    A true piece of paradise!

Facilities are a bit dated, but the location makes up for it. They also do a weekly rate, which is great.

Very busy with people crammed in.

Parties till midnight plus fireworks. Lovely beach. This would be a great place to visit outside the school holidays... but not during!

    A popular holiday park.

A popular holiday park. We visited in mid winter and there was about 50 people staying, so a great spot I'd you want company. Amazing view. Really nice beach. We were there during a storm but the ground stayed solid and wasn't muddy which was nice for a change. Good facilities and free hot showers. Would visit again.

Beautiful location - great beach and great shop on-site.

Found the electronic key cumbersome and to be honest over-kill. Having to remember it to go to the loo was a pain. Showers were mouldy and with only 8 female showers a little to many queues..... facilities desperately need an up-grade. Staff were inconsistent some good some not so. A very busy site with a mix of ages. The $20 charge per person for hot water over and above $20 per night per person was a bit excessive give the lack of showers.
