    Fantastic!

Everything was wonderful, and we had the very best time. Such kind and helpful staff who take your food and drink orders while you swim. Lovely mid -winter activity and the rain only made it feel more tropical and hidden. Thanks heaps, we'll be back again soon!

    Everything was surreal.

Just beautiful. Buuuut who gets off at having to have your dinner start at 5pm to finish by 7pm. Just couldn't believe it in this day and age. Wake up management.

The creation of one man with such determination Tucked in the back streets with an entrance blended in with foliage and boulders hide a pure pleasure experience.

    A truly luxurious experience.

The pools, the ambiance, the exotic gardens and the relaxing spa treatment made my visit a very memorable one. What a way to spend a beautiful day - being pampered.

The Lost Spring was one of the places, where I found it hard to leave....

Entering the Lost Spring is an absolute experience! The pools look like they have been there for millions of years already, the stunning vegetation gives you the feeling of being in the tropics and the water - what can I say....wrappes around you like silk... my skin felt so soft afterwards...and I felt relaxed and happy, all the stress falling off me. Nice staff and the food - probably the best in the whole town. I havent tried the Spa experience, but might do that on my next visit. I'm definitely coming back.

Overall, it was a lot smaller than expected and the hot pools weren't all that hot.

There was also construction going on while we were there which took away from the relaxation. To their credit, they only charged us for the hour we spent there when we initially signed up for a full day.

    Extremely disappointing!

The large pool was closed, the only other pool open was luke warm at best and they wouldn't give a refund. Definitely not worth the $25 each for this experience (even with an extra half hour included in the price). It was a waste of money and time. I had looked forward to these springs after all the good rankings, but it did not live up to them.

The Lost Spring is a beautiful, relaxing experience!

All the hard work that has gone into it has payed off. The food at 18sixtyfive is great and I love having delicious fruity drinks brought to me poolside. I would recommend The Lost Spring to everyone, it's a great chance to get away and feel like you are in paradise!

    Brilliant!

A work of art with a practical purpose; the creation of one man's idea of paradise, successfully put together to become a place of stunning beauty, wonderful colours and shapes built in with lush greenery. And you can swim in amongst it all!! Whimsical, fun, unique.

Quite an exotic experience for NZ and put together so well.

We've travelled throughout the country trying out and enjoying various activities and The Lost Spring is well up towards the value for money end of the scale. A real relaxing stop off for us and well worth a visit for any tourist.

Awesome experience and a must do for anyone coming to the Coromandel.

Took my wife to the Lost Spring for her birthday, enjoyed a few hours soaking in the hot pools with a glass of champagne, the setting is amazing and words can't describe it, truly unique and authentic. Lunch at 18sixtyfive restaurant on site afterwards was superb, including the specially created dish for the Wildfoods challenge has to be up there with the winners (first time I have eaten a tartar of beef heart!). Plan on spending the day there, swim, relax, eat and chill. Hats off to Allan and the team and all the hard work that has gone into creating a truly unique experience for visitors to enjoy. GO!
