Loved this place!
Basic and not as fancy as the touristy places which was exactly our style. Open 10-8 daily, $14 per person for a private pool.

I am giving this place a 10 not for aesthetics but for the magic water that makes you sooooo relaxed and warm for the rest of day.
Yes you sit for 20 mins in a block of concrete, but it doesn’t ruin at all the experience or effect of the water. It is also extremely affordable and doesn’t stink like rotten eggs! Māori owners are incredibly friendly and hospitable. Loved the place! Walk is pretty cool too.

Really worth the money.
The water is very hot and for $10 you can stay in a private pool for 20 minutes. Also the public pools are very nice. The natural mineral water feels great.

Nice and clean facilities, reasonably priced for a private hot pool.
If you don't mind sharing I would recommend Otamahehe Stream in Taupo. Some hot water for free out in nature.

Laid back spa with private hot pools and a public hot pool, a short drive from Turangi.
Great place to relax after the Tongariro Alpine Crossing!

We just love this place!
We come every week from Taumarunui and it's a wonderful break away for us for the afternoon. We recommend the hot pools consistently to people we meet and will continue to do so. The pools are CLEAN. The water is changed every day. There's no sulphuric smell like you get in Rotorua and the thermal water is amazingly healing. The local Maori iwi have been bathing here for hundreds of years and they can't be wrong! The ladies behind are desk are friendly and relaxed. The place can get busy and the staff handle these times well. The surroundings are tidy and well cared for showing that the staff care about the place. There are also excellent information boards in reception to tell you about the area and its origins. A mini Rotorua without the massive price tag. A wee gem!!

One of my favourite places to visit when I'm in the area.
Can't beat a soak in the mineral pool after a day on the skifields or after walking the Tongariro Crossing! Much better value for money than the thermal parks in Taupo.

Not allowed to swim which is a negative for users of the large pool.
