    Great experience!

We got a combo “Wet & Wild” which paid for our entry into the Hot Pools and the Kiwi Wildlife Centre. Definitely recommend

If you book a private pool & pay for it on line, take your credit card with you.

Even when I showed booking and payment confirmation on my phone, together with showing the payment coming out of my bank account AND showing them id, they still made us pay again in cash (lucky husband had $100 in his pocket) and said it will be 10 days for them to refund the first credit card payment. They said it’s to stop fraud...What a joke! Over kill

The pools themselves are quite nice, though was hard to enjoy knowing we just paid $200.

Good price, small facility but felt really intimate and enclosed.

All pools were covered so was great to avoid sunburn or bad weather. Changing rooms were clean. Lockers were non refundable, which meant you could not access your belongings multiple times, so would have paid a bit more to have an easily accessible locker.

    So relaxing!!

Bring shampoo and a hair dryer if you want a good shower after! Have powerpoints for hair dryers. Lockers are a $2 coin or you can put your stuff in a cubby outside near you!

The glacier pools are a tranquil place to relax, whatever the weather.

They are fairly expensive, but your time is unlimited.

Beautifully landscaped pools to loll about in and warm you right through to the bones.

    Expensive but worth it.

    Nice pools in native rainforest.

Good to chill in on a rainy day. But, very expensive for backpackers/tourists. $40 per person.

Hot pools were quite crowded, water was not natural spring water but highly chlorinated.

Hot pools were also not as hot as previously experienced.

    Sheer bliss!

Lovely pools and facilities and I enjoyed a fantastic 1/2 hour massage while there too - was well worth it, we easily passed a couple of hours relaxing here!

I was really disappointed by the difference between what was written in the guides and the reality.

Three small pools, crowded, just one personal shower, extra fees for lockers and towels.
