What a pleasure!
We thought we would just visit for an hour with the kids but ended up spending half the day here.
Kids loved being able to hand feed the animals themselves, all being so friendly and interactive.
Owners have done a great job kitting out the place with trampolines and tree houses, keeping the kids happy
we had bunny cuddles and pet a baby possum - cuteness overload
highly recommended for adults as well as children

Our whole family had a fantastic time here.
Highly recommended.
The owners have done a great job making their park a fantastic experience for overseas tourists and kiwi's as well.
The kids loved petting and feeding the animals, as well as playing in the haybarn, on the fire engine and the amazing tree house.
My highlight was definitely feeding the Ostriches! They're down the back of the farm so don't miss them!

Whiti Farm Park is just such an adventoures place especially if you are visiting when it has been raining like hell.
But it is just as lovely when the sun is shining! It is just a great place for everyone especially for kids! They can hand feed almost all the animals and there are so many other things to play with like a big pirate ship. The animals and people are really friendly like Storm the guide dog or the owners Jesse and Ronnie. And all that greatness for just a small penny! We will definitly visit again and bring the rest of our family!

It was an amazing day in this Farm!
It's a big area with a lot to discover, big trees, lakes and shady places where you can have a picnic. The owners are a friendly couple who take care a lot about their animals, the paddocks are very clean, have space and the animals are friendly and happy. And there is the dog Storm! She's kind of a guide and went with us all over the places! She seems to be looking after you, and shows you the way. There are different animals, you can hand feed them what is really funny! The Wallaby it's so cute and the Possum came to greet us and have a snack. The huge Ostrich male even make a dance, which was worth filming it! Definitely a must if you are around, and for the kids there is cute playgrounds all over the park, even a trampoline. Cool place!

Better than a zoo!
Why? Because you can hand feed the animals and it's not only the "normal" farm animals, they have also wallabies, emus, ostriches, deer, a lovely possum, etc. I went with my girlfriend but I think it's a great activity for all the family and maybe you can spend a few hours having a picnic lunch in the green areas. Highly recommended!

It is really easy to find this park, situated on the main road to Whitianga, and its well worth calling in.
Its run by a lovely, welcoming couple who take good care of the animals at the park. There is a variety of animals here, like birds, ponies, sheep, alpaca, rabbits, emu, ostrich, deer and a possum. All of which are very friendly and can be hand fed. There is lots to see and do for children, with many play areas, and even a secret garden to explore. Look out for the cute kitten and the owners' friendly dogs, who like to greet visitors personally. Storm the dog is a very good tour guide who seems to enjoy showing visitors around the lovely grounds. A must do in the Coromandel if you enjoy nature and love to cuddle animals.

The farm park was a great day out and had such friendly and amazing animals!
It was such an exciting experience feeding the animals as we dont get to have this kind of interaction with animals back home. It even has a sheltered picnic area and pigs that wander around! Storm the dog was our personal 'tour guide' who seemed to know the route of this massive park off by heart- Such an intelligent dog! I definitely will be back and hope to see so many more introductions to the park.

Thanks to the loving warm couple who develop and manage such a pleasant birds and animal park. The birds and animals are well looked after. They all look happy and contented in the natural environment. Along with the warm welcoming hist and hostess, also their 2 lovely dogs, it is a perfect setting for tourists who love the nature and appreciate that birds, animals & wildlife animals all help to make the earth a better planet for us.
My deepest gratitude and appreciation to the host and hostess who run the park so well in their entire effort.

We have driven past Whiti Farm Park so many times and never ventured in, however our 10 year old daughter persuaded us to and we spent a very enjoyable afternoon there.
The animal feeding was great, the range of animals superb and the play facilities fantastic, the park just goes on and on, our afternoon was only really cut short by very heavy rainfall. The park really deserves to do well.

We particularly enjoyed hand feeding the animals. There were also lots of little lambs, and even 2 piglets. Storm the dog showed us around the park. My kids were entertained for hours, and didn't want to leave! It is also very affordable for families. We certainly will be back!! A huge thanks to the friendly staff! :-)

I had a really nice time there.
The owner, jess and ronnie, are amazing, and always ready to answer any of my question. The park is big, and give enough space to all the animals living there. So many to see (lezard, turkey, lama, ponies, bunnies, possum...), and a nice description for all.
Clean and well maintain, i enjoyed the day feeding the animal, chilling in the secret garden, always following by funny Storm ( one of the dog) .
Everyone can enjoy his day, between the animals, the playground, the picnic area, and the great atmosphere around the park.

The Park is filled with amazing fun for all ages and is filled with a vast abundance of friendly animals. We recieved food to hand feed the animals and it was an enjoyable site to visit. You get a great deal for your moneys worth and the day was definitely well spent. I hope to go back and would highly recommend stopping by!

We had a wonderful day at Whiti Farm.
The manuka trail and the secret garden were lovely, the animals friendly and interesting (even the sheep that chased me around) and there were cool giant games to play, like pick up sticks and dominoes. A really cheap, fun family day out. And the owners are lovely! Thoroughly recommended.

This is a nice place to go with the kids so they can get a bit of experience with the animals.
Our kids don't have much contact with animals because we live in a big city and they rarely even see a sheep or chicken these days so it was good for that.
It was raining quite heavily when we went but even so, most of the animals were out and about and came up to be petted and fed. Our children's favourite was the possum, even though they're considered a pest in NZ, he was still lovely.
It was also the cheapest place we went on our trip - at only $20 for a family of 4, it was a real bargain.

Hello there!
We are a young couple from France, and when we visited the Coromandel Peninsula we were delighted to have found this wonderful place. The most amazing thing in Whiti Farm Park is the kindness of the owners. We really want to congratulate Ronnie and Jessy for everything they've done with this place because they work really hard everyday to make it magical. We also loved the closeness with the animals (you can hand feed them and they are all lovely!). We really had a great time with you!! Hope to see you soon! Elodie & Matthieu

Wow what can I say...this is a real gem hidden away in the Coromandel.
The owners were amazing hosts and made our experience a very memoriable one. The combination of farm and exotic animals were a new experience for my 2 kids and me.We were especially spoilt because it was Springtime and all the animals were having their babies. My daughters favourite were the 3 days old guinea pigs and the pony. My son loved the puppies and the piglets. There is so much to do and see and touch. The double storied playhouse with balcony was a hit and so was the hand feeding of the animals. You could spend the whole day there...we did! The BBQ was the perfect ending to a fabulous day. Thanks so much and we can't wait to come back and see the next stage in the developments.

. Ronnie and Jessy are just lovely and make sure all the children have a great time. Love the thought that there is now extensions to the farm to explore next time we visit.

Whiti Farm Park is a very restful place where your worries just fade away.
Each time I visit there is something new to see. Different Baby animals to hold and new areas developed. A walk through the bush to the 'Secret garden' which, when planted and developed will be awesome. I hear the Peacock and chicks have returned from the neighbouring farm. Looking forward to seeing them on my next visit. Take your lunch or a BBQ and allow lots of time to enjoy it all.

The variety of animals, the setting, the activities, the low cost, and the great hosts make this a must do if you are anywhere near Whitianga. Beautiful animals and scenery. Great for kids as they can actually get close and pat / feed the farm animals.
I loved Raisin the beautiful possum. Contrary to everything you see on TV etc that possums nasty pests, Raisin proves that not all you read and hear is true. You can hand feed him and he's so gentle it's just amazing. A great place to visit.

This is a nice place to experience NZ farm life.
They have all kinds of exotic animals as well, not just the usual farm animals. Jessy and Ronnie are great hosts, warm and friendly and eager to show and explain. My 4 and 8 yr old kids loved this farm more than Agrodome. They had a great time feeding and playing with the animals, had fun in the hammocks, the swings, teepee, trampoline, kiddie house etc. A great place to stop by for a few hours if you are passing between Tauranga and Whitianga.
