Best experiance EVAR!
I was very lucky to be in a small group, but they are completely geared to handle larger groups as well. I was amazed. We literally started off with a piece of steel, a couple bits of brass, a piece of wood, and a few brass rivets; and came away with a HUGE knife. Steve the owner operator can be a bit of a cantankerous character at times so if you're put off by such folks it might not be as fun for you, but the man knows his stuff and they have the whole process down to a science! Of my many wonderful experiences in NZ this is the most memorable!

This was absolutely brilliant.
One of the most enjoyable things I have EVER done. Steve and Robyn were lovely people, friendly and welcoming and very funny. There was a real emphasis on safety throughout. Beautiful knife to take home and treasure. The other activities (axe throwing, the giant swing, seeing the animals) were fun too. Te Barrypagne has to be tasted to be believed!

A truely Unique Experience, Although I was only curious at the time, my wife suggested we do this and I'm sooo glad we did, Going back in time to create a Beautiful knife from a steel rod with the
help of Steven & Robyn was amazing. Safety always First but still plenty of fun to be had by all with the enormous swing, axe throwing, archery and various animals. Only 20 min from Greytown - a must do event - highly recommended to all

This was an awesome experience.
My husband and I did this together, fun for both men and women. Steven who is the instructor is a wonderful guy, has a great sense of humour! Quite a sense of accomplishment to walk away with a knife you have made scratch.
