We were mainly expecting to see the eels and were surprised to see all the farm animals.
Very friendly service and a good price too. The packet of food to feel the aniamls and the feed for the eels is all included ( at staglands it's all extra). I came away feeling great to be a kiwi. My daughter loved it.

A great outing for families.
But a relaxing setting for Mum and Dad too. Hand feeding eels as well as Llama. Great food at the cafe.

Good entertainment for younger children.
Get up close and personal with the animals. Feeding the eels is a unique experience.

We accidentally stumbled across this lovely petting zoo style farm that is also home to the Anatoki Eels - stunning 4 foot wild animals that have been fed here for 100 years!
The farm is really well maintained and run with care.
