Do not catch a bus with this company.

We were left high and dry in Te Anau. We were booked on bus from Te Anau to Invercargill at 1pm and advised them in advance that we were on a Milford Sound cruise getting into Te Anau at 12.25pm, in time to catch the bus. At no point did they provide us with an alternative if they cancelled the 1pm service and left Te Anau earlier - they left Te Anau at 1130 which they knew we would have no chance of getting. They refused to refund us which we will be pursuing further as contrary to their own terms, they cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. With no accommodation available in Te Anau, we were left with no choice but to charter a ride to Invercargill., which was very expensive! The owner was rude and abusive. She is in the wrong business if she treats people in this way.
