    I hired a car from the Wellington airport.

    The staff were excellent and they even upgraded me to a much better car. The rates were extremely reasonable compared to the bigger boys. I have nothing but praise for them. I would highly recommend this company.

    We hired a Toyota Corolla for our visit to the North Island of New Zealand through Go Rentals in Auckland.

    They were wonderful! Picked us up promptly at the airport, and everything went quickly and easily. We did, of course, do most of the paperwork before we got there. When we returned the car, once again, everything went smoothly and quickly. The customer service was great. Highly recommend this company.

    I arranged to hire a car from Go Rentals via the internet.

    My requirements were out of the ordinary because, a) I needed to pick up the car from the airport (Auckland) at 5.30 in the morning, and b) I wanted to return the car to Christchurch.

    Due to my available finances, I reserved a medium size 4 door vehicle, but was very pleased to be advised a week before we arrived that we were going to get an upgraded car - a Rav 4! Perfect.

    The car was waiting for us in the car park when we arrived and was clean, tidy and full of literature to assist us on our journey around both islands.

    We had no problems during our stay and when we got back to Christchurch Depot the Go Rentals staff quickly processed the car return and took us to the airport in good time to catch the plane. Thank you Go Rentals. We look forward to our next visit to NZ! John Wilson

    I would like to write in to public the lousy car hire company,"Airport Car Hire Chrischurch".

    We planned to travel to New Zealand in end March. I have booked my selected car from Omega NZ via http://www.christchurchairportcarhire.co.nz which I believe the company is registered under "iMALL INTERNET TRAVEL" in New Zealand. I have submitted my booking on 1st March and I received one notification email from them about my request with reference number "IM1162183" just after seconds i submitted my booking. On the next day, I received email about my double/triple booking with different reference numbers stated in my notification email (IM1162423 and IM1162433...) and 4 transactions (2 transaction per booking) have been deducted from my credit card. I went to hard time to get the full refund for the duplicate bookings due to system fault apparently. They never have a word of "sorry" and pushed the fault to us. I did seek further clarification but I didn't hear from them about the matter. Even i called up their hotline, no one is answering the phone. I really felt pissed off with this lousy company. Please don't keep yourself trapped into this unpleasant experience.
