Absolutely stunning Zoo you can feel in the wild, great variety of animals, we saw a Kiwi!

A lot of animals (national and international ones).
You can see lions. Not that big but very interesting, you can see how they feed them.

Sometimes hard to spot certain animals, but only due to the fact they they have big areas to live in.

I love going to the zoo, i've been to loads and Auckland didn't disappoint.
The kiwi enclosure was a highlight, I got a great look at these wonderful yet reclusive little fellas.

Unfortunately, not even good for the kids.
A lot of the animals advertised were not there or available for viewing, lots of builders/construction and no warning of this.
