    I booked a shuttle 3 days before travel.At 5pm on the day before they notified me that it couldn't pick me up at the time they had said they could on the booking.(I needed to get there early and check

    in in person as online check in wasn't available).I then had to go to the inconvenience of calling around to get a taxi at a higher price.I booked the shuttle for $38.40 was refunded $33.30

    Booked Super Shuttle for Chch Airport pickup.

    Only option was exclusive use at premium cost, $105 for four people Airport to Halswell. Waited outside at 1am for 45 minutes to be collected. Rang 0800 number to be be told there was only one vehicle working and we had to wait for its return to the airport. Two groups waiting had booked “exclusive use” and paid premium off same flight, in addition to the vehicle already being on another job. Will never use again.

    I ordered a shuttle for 6.45am on 4th June from Hillmorton Christchurch to Christchurch International Airport.

    Text received shortly after to say pickup would be 6.45am which was ok. Then another text to say a shuttle would come at 6.10am. I waited outside in1c for my pickup. Oh yes another message - no shuttle would be coming but a Blue Star Taxi but the $28 would remain the same! He was another 1/4 hour arriving and then arriving at the airport he demanded $31 because there was just me in the taxi and he would have to pay a fee for entering the airport.

    I had no option but to pay the extra money.

    I am totally disappointed in the way Super Shuttle Christchurch treated me and at the age of 75 years old it is not acceptable.

    Notified 25 minutes before pickup shuttle would be 15 minutes late.

    No apology & no refund. If you book have a backup plan. Faster & easier to use city bus. At least reliable.

    Worst service ever experienced.

    We had booked and paid for shuttle pickup from Chch Airport. The shuttle that arrived ontime had insufficient baggage space for our 1 checked in bag and carryon bag and another traveller's single bag. Consequently we were all left behind. After waiting 45 mins I phoned Supershuttle asking where our booked shuttle was. I was informed that another shuttle was 15 mins away. No apologies for the delay, no explanation.

    1hour and 1/4 later another shuttle finally arrived. The driver when told that we had been waiting 1 and 1/4 hours rather than apologizing for the woeful service said that he had been working 13 hours and would drive off and leave us rather than listen to our complaint. Will never book nor travel with this company again. Customer service is non existent and clearly not important.

    Quoted $29 at the airport.

    When the driver dropped us off (at least 50 metres from our driveway) he tried to charge us more because we had a bike box and 6 suitcases. We were very unhappy with the service. a) that he tried to charge us more b) that he dropped us so far from our driveway with so many bags c) that we had to do a circuit of Christchurch and were the last ones to be dropped d) that he drove off with our hand luggage - that contained all of my jewellery and my daughter's $15k oboe. Then to top it all off when I questioned why he dropped us with all of our luggage so far from our driveway he told me that I was "fucking crazy". I have written to management 3 times about this and waited 2 weeks for a response and still got nothing.

    DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

    Super Shuttle Christchurch dropped us off at the wrong hotel.

    We telephoned them and asked them to send the shuttle back or to send another shuttle. They refused to do either. They said all shuttles were full (there were only 3 of us in the shuttle), and if we wanted another shuttle we would have to pay the price for the whole shuttle. We had to call a taxi to get to our hotel, as it was too far to walk with our luggage.

    Pick up didn’t happen even though I was waiting outside 15 minutes before pick up..

    Rang 09 522 5100 as instructed to, the female operator said the driver arrived 10 minutes before my pick up time, that’s lie number 1, I was waiting outside 15 minutes before pickup, next she said a txt & email was sent to me, lie number 2, I was sent nothing... I have used super shuttles in Auckland & Wellington with excellent service.. That’s $19.76 taken from the credit card I won’t get back & on top of that I had no choice but to get a taxi to the airport at a cost of $50.. Thanks Christchurch super shuttle, you suck, both the driver & female phone operator are liars !!... The rating 1 is for answering the phone

    would never use this business again.

    They didn't arrive to take me to the airport. Agreed it was their mistake afterwards but left me having to drive myself in the end and leave my car at the airport. Ran all the way in and check in was closed fortunately just had time to run to plane before plane door closed thanks to very kind airport staff .As it was a business trip I really needed to be on that flight . am really disappointed.
