There were 9 of us in the shuttle Van #182, we absolutely enjoyed our ride from Auckland airport to Northshore.
Our driver, Vinay was very helpful and friendly. We felt safe and comfortable during the long ride.

Very poor service- Pre booked online and then when we arrived the driver said he did not have enough space, it is first come first served but there will be another shuttle.
Could not tell us when because in his words he is “just a contract driver” . No attempt at customer service. After waiting 20 minutes in the rain decided to make other plans.
Why ask the customer to enter arrival times when booking if you can’t deliver the service and sell seats to others who just walk up with no booking?
Will never recommend them.

If you want your luggage destroyed, take a chance with these clowns.
Spend an extra couple of dollars and take a proper taxi.
Super Shuttle still not responded properly after many, many emails and photographs as proof.
Cowboy outfit best avoided.

I waited and waited, finally shuttle drove past my destination and carried on and didnt come back or stop, i had to call a taxi after half an hour, never again tried to call but only got answering machine
, jam the shuttle.up there arse from now on..

Come on guys!
Super Shuttle is the ONLY way to get from the airport to Auckland (and vice versa). Plenty of shuttles at the airport. Courteous drivers and loads of space for luggage. Prices very reasonable too.
On the return trip, a shuttle booked for 06.00hrs, actually arrived early.
Top marks all round!

Don't know what I would've done without these shuttles!
Awesome service! Cheaper than a rental/taxi a bit more expensive than the bus but you get what you pay for and was worth every cent. Thank you for making my daughters journey from the airport to University smooth. I would definitely recommend and will use them again when needed ... Thank You!!

Quick, reliable, great customer service.
They could do with more services though - I waited about 20 minutes outside Auckland airport in the heat. Visitors from larger overseas cities don't have that kind of patience!

No communication from shuttle from Auckland to Airport.
No pickup. Very dissapointed as I was forced to resort to an uber.

We had a very bad experience with super shuttle.
We booked well ahead a chartered shuttle because we were traveling with young children, had a lot of luggage and were arriving from a long travel. We expected the driver to be waiting for us, but NO ONE was there. We waited over 1h. We looked and asked all over the terminal. No shuttle or driver in sight. We tried calling the office, but had to wait on the line for almost 30 min. When someone finally picked it, they told us to wait and hang up! Plus the follow your shuttle link on the website said our booking had passed 🤦♀️Finally, a shuttle arrived to pick up passengers, not us. We asked the driver to check about our shuttle. Our booking showed but no shuttle. The company simply charged us but had no shuttle for us. Luckily, the driver was nice and accepted to take us. He had to leave behind passengers who were waiting and not happy. Our kids who were exhausted from the long travel plus the waiting for the shuttle screamed the whole way (exactly what we hoped to avoid by booking transportation ahead). And then when we wrote to the company to complaint, they never apologized nor offer some form of compensation. They told us our flight never landed (which was false since we did arrive) and that the cyclone impacted there service (but this happened a week before the cyclone). They also blame covid. There reply showed really poor professionalism and disregard for client service. Avoid at all cost this unreliable and disrespectful company!

As per My experience, I would suggest to choose Dialkiwi for the Shuttle and Taxi service as they are 100% New Zealand owned and operated company.
Have a look at Dialkiwi website to book cheapest cabs and shuttle across Auckland.
I have SupperShuttle many times. However their driver are very rude, no doubt about service but professionalism matter. Cheers.....

It was a complete waste of time booking transport with this company.
I can not understand how they could get it so wrong. I had booked and pre-paid our trip, with an additional cost for the driver to be waiting inside the terminal with a sign with our name on it. One of our group is disabled so our arrival needed to be as seamless as possible.
On arrival, no driver was there to meet us, no-one answered the phone when we tried to find out what was happening, no bus anywhere outside. It was as if no booking had ever been made.
A driver from another company was aware of our dilemma and tried to assist by phoning through to Super shuttle on our behalf but was frustrated because he could not get through either.
We eventually spotted a Super shuttle driver picking up some other people waiting outside (not a pre-booked group), he made a couple of phone calls and 50 minutes later a bus arrived from the city. No explanation given.
A disappointing start to our trip to NZ and we will never use Super Shuttle again. Zero out of ten.

One of their vans collected my 74 yr old mother at the AKL International Airport after she flew in from the USA and delivered her to my home in Auckland, arriving around 1030am on a Saturday morning.
The driver thought it appropriate to abandon my mother at the top of our extremely long, extremely steep, and currently extremely wet driveway with two enormous roller bags. For this she paid $75. I cannot believe this company has so little regard for the safety of their customers. How can anyone have so little care for an elderly woman, jet lagged and in a foreign country. Their behaviour was absolutely disgusting.

I made a reservation for a pickup at a Airbnb in Auckland to go back to the airport when we got picked up 3 days before and nobody showed up.
I called the day before and it was confirmed. This happend on 03/09/18. They now tell me the driver showed up and nobody was there. I was in the street with 4 bags 15 mins before he was scheduled to show up. They also have a cell number for me that is not mine, not a U.S cell number. They forgot about me and are trying to put the blame on me. I will never use them again.
