We hired a '23 Toyota Yaris for 3 days from Blenheim airport.
Very well organised prior by email and seamless collection / return as the airport office was closed being a long weekend. Car was clean and all we needed. Have already made another booking with Omega due to our experience and very good rates.

This services was really easy to work with.
From initial booking and contact to drop off - just a seamless service.
They were very accomodating and flexible when it came to pick up time and drop off. The traffic is terrible so updating them with all delays and having them respond in such a timely manner eased a lot of stress.
For even the cost of the rental - very affordable and easy to manage as the excess fees and hirage fee was just super easy. No hidden fees or costs 👌
The car itself drive smoothly and very cool with the features one thing I would like to recommend is adding a phone holder as an option in the vehicles irregardless of having Apple CarPlay it would make it easier for like navigating features on your phone without breaking the law 👀😄

We rented a Toyota Aqua hybrid that was extremely fuel efficient - 5l/100km and while high mileage was in excellent order and drove well.
We had little delay in collecting and dropping off the car and all interactions with Omega were easy.

Weekend down in Wellington.
Within five minutes of entering the baggage area at the airport, we were picked up by a friendly member of their staff and taken back to their home base. They were very quick and very clear about everything. No issues, great little car. Would recommend and will use again in the future. Cheers Guys.

Great cars and fast efficient service at both ends.
We were 3 Aussie couples in 3 RAV4’s rented from Omega and could not fault their cars or people.
And the price was the lowest in NZ. What’s not to like ?

Easy efficient service.
From booking online to the car drop off, every part of the experience was quick and efficient. Their shuttle service was also very streamlined and convenient. They give very clear instructions (both written and verbal) which makes it so much easier when you’re navigating your way in an unfamiliar city. I also appreciated the drop off shuttle service after returning the car to the Auckland airport location (which is not within walking distance).
Although the price of gas is expensive, this still turned out to be a reasonably affordable option for our circumstances.
While the car was smaller than we expected, it was comfortable, affordable and did the job well.
We have used them in the past and they just continued to get better!

Very good service - no problem to staff to extend my reservation and upgrade the car.
Camry (large boot) most comfortable and ideal for South Island touring
I would recommend as a reliable company; reasonably priced vehicles and airport shuttle if needed.

I was a bit wary about booking with Omega Rental Cars, but I had no reason to be.
We rented our car in Wellington and returned it to the Auckland office. The price charged, including the top Gold insurance cover, was extremely reasonable.

Everything was perfect with Omega.
Unfortunately due to a flight delay we arrived in Auckland too late to pick up our car. I rang the company from Christchurch and advised them. They kindly said they would pick us up from our hotel the next morning when we were ready. They did just that and when we arrived at the depot we were quickly processed and on the road in our lovely wee Mazda. We went to lots of Auckland attractions during our 4 days and were pleasantly surprised when it only took $45 to fill our economical car. Drop off was perfect and we were then taken to the airport. Very impressed with the car and the staff. Thank you Omega Rentals. I would thoroughly recommend.

We rented from omega on both of our vacations in New Zealand.
Their service is quick and efficient. There were no issues with the rental car and the rates are very competitive. We had the Demio for 2 months without any mechanical problems. Highly recommended.

and will def use Omega again. The car was great. The price was great. The pick up and drop off at Queens Queenstown Airport was super easy. And we accidently left a bag in the shuttle and Omega were amazing. They returned to the airport and rang us to let us know and we got our bag back. A++++ service! Thanks guys

Great vehicle, efficient booking.
Staff very rude. Car rental confirmation says they will return you to your local accommodation and even though we were 1 km from their office, the woman complained bitterly about driving us part way back and acted like it was a big favour.

Rented a car from Omega for 2 weeks.
Initially rented a very small car as I didnt know what type of car I was getting as we dont have the same models in Aus. I should have looked in to it more as we had a lot of driving to do ! Called Omega & they arranged an upgrade at our next stop at no cost. VERY helpful & made the rest of the trip a breeze. Much appreciated.

Great service from such friendly and efficient team.
Swift and efficient check in on vehicle return (and didn't seem to mind where exactly where we parked). When I left my passport in the vehicle they were super fast to search the vehicle and find it and then have it returned to me at the airport just 5 minutes later, all with a friendly hello. A great team at Wellington airport, thank you.

We did a short hire from Nelson.
Easy airport pick-up... probably as easy as an on-site pick up. Fast. OK car was older than from mainstream companies but the price was way way lower. Car in good condition. ideal for us. Return was also easy (8am office opens). Polite cheerful staff. Easy return Just what we wanted. Will use again.

The Toyota Camay was a good car, although it was not the car we ordered 6 months B4, due to other people who had them and had not returned them to Auckland.
The seats were comfortable, and the car was reliable.
However, the staff needs to improve in their customer skills as they were not really helpful nor had any interest in the things i asked.
