    Very Happy with Bedmobils!

    My campervan, Josephine, was clean, well equipped, well maintained and didn't have a ridiculous paint job. She ran great and had excellent fuel efficiency. Having a proper mattress made for comfortable relaxing nights of sleep.

    Michaela and Thomas were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They arranged for my ferry crossings and saved me some money doing so.

    All costs and expenses were clearly laid out before the trip and there were no surprises at the end. The excellent service allowed me to concentrate on enjoying my holiday in beautiful New Zealand.

    I will definitely use Bedmobils again.

    After a lot of research as it was our first trip to New Zealand but definitely not our last we decided to go with Bedmobils due to their interior construction.

    As we spend our honeymoon in New Zealand it was very important to us to have everything go smoothly and so it did. Bedmobils exceeded our expectations. Van was presented spotlessly clean, although not brandnew in great shape, comfortable to drive, cheap on fuel, place for our 2 boards, luggage, buggy and bike. The bed was the comfiest we slept in so far. Service very personal and reliable. Everything went according to plan. Michaela, Thomas and Jenny made sure that we felt at home. Great staff :-0

    I rented from Bedmobils for my time in New Zealand.

    For a first timer the Bedmobil was the perfect solution. The Bedmobil was excellent, both operational as well as comfort. Things i was very about was the disclosure of all the costs and arrangement, the great bed and service. It was great to know everything in detail upfront and to feel safe with the company we were dealing with. Altogether our trip was an excellent experience thanks to Bedmobils and one we hope to experience again in the future.

    After very helpful correspondence for a few months we picked up our campervan in Auckland.

    Although we experienced a mjor fligh delay and we arrived late t nigth we got picked up free of charge straigh after arrival which was great staff. Pick up went very smoothly an although late at night a lo of time was taken to make sure we felt secure with the campervan. driving through New Zealand was great experience. The campervan had everything we needed and lots of space for 3 people. Very big bed which we slept very comfortable in. The campervn was presented in an amazing state for its age and spotlessly cleaned (even te ventilators!) which was great as we had totally different experience travelling through Thailand. Drop off went smootly and only took 10 minutes. Customer service by Michaela and Thomas was excellent. Accurate and very personal. AAA+++

    Bad memories - we rented from Bedmobils / Campervans a Nissan Homy for 2 1/2 month.

    Except an empty battery we didn't have any problems. BUT when returning the car Michaela found - after looking for quite a while - some stone chips on the glasses of both indicators and a very tiny one on the windscreen. The one on the windscreen would cost 149 NZ$ and she didn't know the price of the indicators. When we returned home we didn't get any of our 1050 NZ$ deposit back. After emailing she sent us an excel sheet as bill. We found out that in europe the indicator glasses would cost around 65 NZ$. When writing that to her she never answered! And we never got the original bill! So we definitly wouldn't recommend renting there!

    Campervans aren't new but very clean and well maintained.

    Great layout and friendly providers. Good choice for 2 adults and a baby. Our holiday A+. Also thanks to Bedmobils.

    We rented a badmobil in July 2011.

    Unfortunately our experience with the company was (and still is) extremely bad: We met only one person, Thomas, (the Austrian owner) - unfriendly and uncapable for a dialogue. To our experience, Bedmobils is a rip off company. The company charged us for several damages caused by the age of the old car, not by us. The company charged us a non-communicated extra fee of 5% (for credit card) on the total sum. The company suddenly refused the offered shuttle to the airport - we had to book a taxi to catch our flights in last minute. We do not expect high value for a budget price; but we expect minimal fairness to the customers, This was not given.

    Extremely bad experience for us. Client particulary chose a small rental company for their creditcard fraud which unfortunatley we figured out too late. Long story but in regards to the above - total sum is not correct. 5% were charged on the rental rest amount as is was a NON-present transaction which involves a higher credicard convenience fee. The female part of the party was picked up free of charge from Auckland International Airport and after introduction and paperwork was completed explained that she had no money on her whatsoever and we shall please use the creditcard of the non present male partner. She was advised beforehand of the 5% NON-present fee and signed for it. She was also given the opportunity that we will hold the camper for her until her male partner arrives in New Zealand so she does not need to pay the extra fee. But she preferred the 1st option which later we found out was part of their game. The only reason why Thomas handed over the Bedmobil in the first place was because he did not wanted the woman to be alone in a foreign country with no money sleeping on the street. And that was what they counted on. How stupid does that make us? In regards to the damage - the damage was as follows - left hand mirror broken, missing left front wheel cap, scratches until the middle of the van etc. - i think everyone can make up their own mind of what has happened. All in all an unbelievable bad experience and i hope that no other company will make the same mistake as we have and take on this customer.

    Great service.

    Have no fears renting from Bedmobils. Van was just what we wanted for two adults and a six month old baby travelling around TopTen camp sites. Highly recomended, would love to go back and rent from them again.

    From the beginning to the end we had a great experience with Bedmobils.

    Excellent help and quick in answering our questions before we arrived in NZ, smooth pick up from the airport, lovely people to talk to. But most importantly the Campervan was in a great condition and easy to drive. The bed was very comfortable what you can't find very often. It was an unforgettable New Zealand experience also thanks to Bedmobils!

    Great service.

    Have no fears renting from Bedmobils. Van was just what we wanted for two adults and a six month old baby travelling around TopTen camp sites. Highly recomended, would love to go back and rent from them again.

    From the beginning to the end we had a great experience with Bedmobils.

    We had a very nice time in New Zealand, we stayed for 5 weeks.

    The vehicle was in excellent condition. We felt very safe, which is important for four older people. The price was fair and the service of Bedmobils perfect. We want to thank Tom for the excellent support!

    Wonderful people to work with.

    The van was in excellent condition and we had no problems with any part of the trip which was associated Bedmobiles.

    Comfortable mattress and enough utensils. We had no issues with the company, the price or the vehicle. The other companies cover their vans with advertising and some with obnoxous sayings but bedmobile vans have one simple logo on the front. I will be using Bedmobil again.

    We spent 2 months in our Hi-ace bedmobile.

    The most important part, the bed, was from a perfect quality. The holiday parks in New Zealand take care of the rest, like kitchens and tv lounges. The rental company is a professional company with a personal touch. Before we started our beautiful trip it was clear what it would cost us. There were no hidden costs afterwards. We can recommend this company to everybody. Greetings from Holland

    This is the way to go in NZ.

    A hi-ace with a good mattress and enough utensils to get by. The Camping grounds in NZ are excellent quality with great kitchens. We had a late model and had no issues with the company, the price or the vehicle. The other campers are covered with stickers and marketing but these vans have one simple logo on the front. Low key for me is best. It was a great experience and next time I head over I will be using Bedmobil again.
