This service is included in the Inclusive Pack. This allows you to stop into the closest branch during your hire and swap your linen (pillow, pillowcase, duvet (doona), sheets, towels, bathmat and blanket) over for a fresh, clean set. Please notify the branch ahead of time as this will ensure the items are available and ready for you when you arrive.

Customers must provide a valid credit card to pay the Liability Deposit and the amount will be debited to the customer's credit card on the day of vehicle collection. The credit card holder must be present and able to sign for the Liability Deposit upon vehicle collection. The Liability Deposit is subject to a 2% credit card administration fee in addition to the Liability Deposit amount when the credit card used is either a Visa or MasterCard, or 4.6% when the credit card used is American Express.
