We drove straight to the Queen Charlotte trail head after our ferry ride from Wellington.
The drive was gorgeous and the trail was beautiful. Wonderful place not to be missed.

Marlborough Sounds.
Beautiful, isolated, very quiet, no rubbish, so well looked after. Efficient water taxi arrangement and hotel booked all package in advance.
