Throughout summer the Fox River Market runs on Sundays at the marketplace just north of the Fox River bridge. There are food and craft stalls, live music and more. The market starts at 9am on Sundays from Labour Weekend through to Easter. Stall holders start packing up at about 2pm.

The Fox River Summer Market is a community event. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join, set up stall, shop, or simply take in the ambient surroundings in a relaxed and friendly environment. It’s a chance to get together and enjoy arts, crafts, tasty food, local produce and more. The market is held on the north side of the bridge at Fox River, 15 mins north of Punakaiki.
