Take the family for a fabulous day out to Quail Island, just 12 minutes by ferry from Lyttelton Harbour. The island is teeming with history and takes around 2 and half hours to walk around. Or if you prefer a lazy day the island has a couple of lovely beaches. So pack a picnic and take your costume for a fun filled magical day out, so close to Christchurch.
