The worst three weeks of my life.

Malcolm does not have a clue how to treat people. Accomodation ranged from excellent to shoddy. He took us on a $200 USD tour to the White Heron Sanctuary fully knowing that there were no herons there. For five people he carried a dinky cooler with ONE blue ice. This was like the first time he had ever done this. At least two last minute accomodations eventhough we booked months in advance. Very, very expensive for what we received. Would never recommend using him.
